Refunds & Returns


Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights because your satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged or faulty products

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If a product you have purchased from BevMart is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will happily refund your money or provide an exchange. We’ll also cover the delivery fee and cost of delivery for the return. We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a damaged or faulty product.
