Subscription Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to a subscription with Twisted Shaker you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Subscription Terms & Conditions) which are to be read in conjunction with Twisted Shaker Terms & Conditions. If there are any inconsistencies between these terms, the Subscription Terms & Conditions will prevail.
Twisted Shaker will send you regular deliveries of cocktails in line with the subscription you have subscribed to.
Your subscription will automatically be charged for each order based on the billing cycle of your chosen subscription. Your subscription will automatically continue unless altered or cancelled, which can be done through the subscription tab in your account. You can find the details of your subscription at any time in your account.
Twisted Shaker reserves the right to limit sales to retail quantities.
We will dispatch your chosen subscription within the normal dispatch period so you can enjoy it straight away. All subsequent subscriptions will be delivered according to your subscription’s billing cycle.
We will notify you of your subscription details and billing date prior to each delivery via a service email. The billing date for your subscription will also be available on your account.
You are permitted to make changes or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next subscription being billed. You are permitted to skip your subscription delivery up to 3 days prior to your delivery subscription being billed. If you do not update your preferences in your dashboard prior to dispatch, your subscription will be dispatched as per your delivery notification and your credit card will be charged. Your subscription will follow the delivery instructions listed on your account.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct contact details (delivery address and email address) are up-to-date. You can update your contact details through your account.
Except for those postcodes identified as ‘Non-delivery postcodes’, free standard delivery is available nationwide for all subscriptions for orders over $100. It is not, however, applicable to any additional orders made through Twisted Shaker unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Twisted Shaker reserves the right to modify or cancel the free delivery offer.
Non Delivery Postcodes
Subscription deliveries align with Twisted Shaker policy on non-delivery postcodes.
In line with our commitment to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), we do not offer a delivery service to all locations and PO boxes. This is generally due to local alcohol restrictions, public safety concerns, or courier availability.
All subscriptions are sent using Twisted Shaker standard delivery.
Subscriptions are an ongoing service and will be automatically billed in line with the billing cycle of your chosen subscription.
No discount or offer can be applied to the cost of your subscription unless otherwise stated.
ALTERING OR CANCELLING
You may update your details, skip, pause or cancel your subscription through the subscription tab on your account.
Skipping Your Subscription
If you wish to skip your subscription you can do so through the subscription tab in your account. You are only able to skip your subscription if you action this at least 3 days prior to your billing date. If you do not skip your subscription prior to this cut off, your subscription will be dispatched as per your delivery notification and your credit card will be charged.
A future delivery can only be skipped if it is your next upcoming delivery. If you choose to skip your next delivery, you must do so 3 days prior to your delivery subscription being billed.
Pause Your Subscription
If you wish to pause your subscription you can do so at any time prior to your next billing date through the subscription tab in your account. If you don’t pause your subscription prior to your next billing date your subscription will be dispatched as per your delivery notification and your credit card will be charged.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time prior to your next billing date through the subscription tab in your account. If you don’t cancel your subscription prior to your next billing date your subscription will be dispatched as per your delivery notification and your credit card will be charged.
All products in subscriptions are subject to availability. In some cases, products that were planned to be included in subscriptions may become unavailable. If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and pause your subscription until an alternative product or cancellation has been agreed on.
If your subscription payment fails on the billing date for any reason (including but not limited to credit card expiry or invalid card details), we will not dispatch your subscription and will notify you via email. Attempts to retry payment will be made 3 times, with 7 days in between each attempt. If your subscription payment fails after the 3 attempts we will pause your account and notify you.
To update your payment details online, login to your account and visit the “Subscriptions” tab. Update your payment details for each subscription.
Delivery after you have updated your payment method;
- You will receive your subscription order and your payment will be deducted if you update your payment details within 30 calendar days of the previous billing date.
- You will not receive your subscription order if you update your payment details more than 30 calendar days after the previous billing date. Your payment will not be deducted for this order. Your subscription will then continue as usual - as per your “Billed In” date.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Twisted Shaker reserves the right to modify or cancel subscriptions at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the prices of subscriptions.
